Orders are carefully checked, securely packed and prepared for shipment after payment confirmation.

For gemstones requiring additional laboratory certification, delivery will be arranged after the certification process is completed.

Where a trackable service is used, the tracking information will be provided to the customer after dispatch.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery times may also be affected by customs clearance and circumstances outside our control.
